| Wing Lee Holdings Limited is a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability. Since 1997, the company has been listed on the mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with stock code "876". It is a holding company which controls about 30 group companies, operates in 4 territories, and employs over 3,000 staff. Through its subsidiaries, Wing Lee engages principally in the manufacturing and sale of jacks, which are basic components used in electronic, telecommunication and computer products. Further, the group is on its way of expanding into the production of copper strips. As such, a joint venture company has been established in the Shanghang County of Fujian Province, the PRC, in 2006. The Group also actively invests in listed securities and properties for long term investment purpose.
